Judy graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 2006 with a bachelor degree of Acupuncture, Moxibustion and Massage. Originally from China, she moved to NZ in 2016 with her husband and two children. Before that, she already had more than 10 years clinical experience and practiced in South Africa for 9 years.

Kate has been through her own acute and chronic injuries and as a podiatrist she knows how important all-inclusive holistic healthcare is to anyone’s quality of life. Melissa has come from a strong sporting background. It was receiving many injuries from various sports, and witnessing the recovery she had from physiotherapy, that lead her into the role she’s in today.

Rachael has spent many years working in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. During this time she has been able to experience working with rugby teams and many post-orthopaedic surgeries.
She particularly enjoys treating back and neck injuries. This is done by using a combination of manual techniques, exercises and, most importantly, education to ensure injuries are resolved and further injuries prevented.

A background of playing and coaching various sports has lead Tony into a diverse healthcare journey, with over 20 years experience in sports massage and yoga teaching and now physiotherapy.
Tony combines exercise prescription and manual therapy to address his clients’ needs. He believes learning keeps us stimulated and alive and brings this approach into improving physical function.
