Originally from the Bay of Plenty Tony has spent 10 years studying and working in Hamilton.
A background of playing and coaching various sports has lead Tony into a diverse healthcare journey, with over 20 years experience in sports massage and yoga teaching and now physiotherapy.
Tony combines exercise prescription and manual therapy to address his clients’ needs. He believes learning keeps us stimulated and alive and brings this approach into improving physical function.
While his sporting days are largely over, he is still a keen follower of NZ sports people and teams. He enjoys staying active at the gym, yoga studio and great outdoors and is a slightly addicted record collector. View details »
Rachael is one of our fantastic Senior Therapists and has worked in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy ever since she graduated from AUT in 2011.
She has worked with rugby teams, in post-operative orthopaedic and cardio-respiratory settings and in private clinics both here in New Zealand and the UK.
Rachael is passionate about what she does and loves nothing more than to see her clients achieve their full potential and beyond. She enjoys the challenge of figuring out why someone has injured themselves and correcting these imbalances to ensure the injury does not reoccur. She uses a combination of good education, hands on techniques, exercise prescription and is also skilled in dry needling.
Rachael is a health and fitness fanatic herself, spending any spare time at the gym or running the Hakiramata’s and she also enjoys travelling.
