Sina graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Physiotherapy. Sina has been the Physiotherapist for the WSAFC Men’s Premier and U23s team since 2023. His professional journey showcases a commitment to advancing his skills and knowledge in physiotherapy, particularly within sports and musculoskeletal settings. Sina’s diverse work experience across clinical settings, including Auckland City Hospital and private clinics, has exposed him to a wide range of conditions and patient populations, enriching his clinical skills and understanding. Sina’s treatment philosophy revolves around a holistic approach, emphasizing health promotion and patient-centred care. This approach aligns with his belief in optimizing function and improving quality of life through a combination of manual therapy, tailored exercise prescription, and Pilates, showcasing his commitment to evidence-based practice and patient outcomes. Phoebe is a senior physiotherapist at Back to Your Feet Physiotherapy Ltd and the physiotherapist for the womens prem football team for the Western Springs football club. She specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with over 5 years experience. She has moved to New Zealand recently having worked in the UK for the duration of her career. Phoebe prides herself on evidence based clinical practice and providing goal-centred treatment plans for clients with aim to return to sport and function and prevent further injury, therefore you can be confident you are receiving the most up to date evidence based treatment. Having a particular interest in lower limb sporting injuries, she has been a part of a lower limb journal club led by clinical physiotherapy specialists to be most up to date with current evidence to ensure all her clients have the most success with recovery from injury.
