Alana recently joined St Margaret's as the on-site physiotherapist. Alana's passion is sports, physiotherapy and netball. She is the current Mainland Tactix netball physiotherapist and has worked in the Silver Ferns environment. She also really enjoys working with people who are recovering from surgery. Outside of work, Alana enjoys playing social netball and volleyball, and having the odd weekend away waterskiing. She has 2 young daughters at Selwyn House School.

Sharada is the Founder and Clinical Director of Balance Physiotherapy. She has vast experience in sports and general physiotherapy in NZ, UK and Ireland. She has a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy with Distinction, a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine and training as a Clinical Pilates Instructor. Sharada has worked with NZ Football Youth Talent Centre Camps and currently works with the Christchurch Boys’ High 1st XV. She enjoys running, road cycling and mountain biking. Jo is an experienced physiotherapist with over 25 years experience in Sports Medicine, Musculo-Skeletal Physiotherapy and Manipulative Physiotherapy. She obtained her Post Graduate Diploma and Masters Degree in Manipulative Physiotherapy from Otago University. Her professional roles include – Sports Physiotherapy and High Performance sport for 25 years with teams in rugby, basketball, equestrian and NZ Rowing. She was Team NZ’s physiotherapist for 3 Commonwealth Games and has had private practices in London, Dunedin, Auckland and Christchurch for 25 years. Jo has a special interest working with adolescent athletes, assessment, treatment and management in this group. She has been involved in many sports with her family including athletics, cross country, rugby, hockey, tennis, cricket, golf, rowing and multisport.
