Ashlea has a Master's Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Auckland, and a Bachelor Degree in Health, Sport, and Human Performance from Waikato University. Her background in human performance helps her when working with athletes, and she enjoys combining her knowledge from both degrees to help individuals recover from injury and return to their chosen sports and activities. Ashlea enjoys triathlon and has experience working with local cyclists. She is also working with the Cambridge Football Club Women's Team this year. Hamish studied Physiotherapy at the University of Otago, then worked in the UK for many years , where he completed his Masters in Advanced Physiotherapy. Hamish has now settled back in the Waikato. A former semi-professional rugby player, Hamish has experience in dealing with sports injuries, both as a player and a physiotherapist, and has a keen interest in the management of knee injuries, lower back pain and tendon pain. Hamish has completed his acupuncture training and is a APPI qualified Pilates instructor.

Lucarne graduated with a Physiotherapy degree from WINTEC. During her study she did a placement with BPC and we saw first hand her potential so snapped her up.
She brings experience in a High Performing environment with multiple national titles in equestrian.
