Courtney graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2018 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. Courtney worked in private practice in Auckland for over two years’ before making her move to Cambridge. She is passionate about musculoskeletal related injuries and enjoys using manual therapy in conjunction with exercise rehabilitation to help clients achieve their goals.
Courtney lives with four current New Zealand representative athletes, so is inspired to get to F45 most mornings! She loves playing netball, beach walks and spending time with friends and family.
