Maree is a Sports and Soft Tissue Therapist who completed her degree with the New Zealand College of Massage. During her time as a massage therapist, Maree has worked with the Central Pulse Netball team, Phoenix FC, international rugby teams, and NZ Royal Ballet dancers. She currently works with gym junkies, desk warriors, recreational athletes and professional athletes. She enjoys the challenge of finding the ideal treatment plan and tailoring each session to a client’s needs, using a range of techniques such as cupping, dry needling, and myofascial stretching. Maree is particularly interested in treating concussion, whiplash and chronic neck pain, as well as encouraging functional movement in the hips and pelvis (especially in runners, cyclists, and martial arts clients)

Lisa is a well established massage therapist who has a successful mobile massage business. She has worked with the Wellington Saints Basketball team and is qualified at level 5 from the New Zealand College of Massage. Another one of or locals, Pat was born and bred in Wellington. He graduated
from the the NZ College of Massage in 2013.
Specialising in deep tissue and sports massage techniques that are largely informed by his study in fascial release and neuromuscular science, Pat succeeds in enhancing athletes' performance and keeping them pain and dysfunction free.
Pat enjoys working with a wide variety of patients be it sports or work related or those living with chronic illness. Many of the people that Pat works with are injured from their work activity, be it sedentary or physical. Helping them take back ownership of their health, Pat assists them back into their healthy body and back to enjoying their work.
Pat is also certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Combined Decongestive Therapy (Dr Vodder School Int.), a modality he incorporates into his sports massage, as well as a treatment protocol for those with lymphoedema. (See services section).
Pat has a passion for cycling and loves to ride whenever he can, be it commuting, bike-packing or competing in various disciplines.
