After graduating in 1998 from Melbourne University Cath spent many years working within some of the largest Sports Medicine Practices in Australia. Working closely with top Sports Medicine Physicians, Orthopaedic Surgeons and other health professionals gave her an amazing grounding in all aspects of injury assessment and management.This passion led to the study of Clinical Pilates and she fell in love with the use of Pilates equipment to help facilitate movement and enhance recovery. Cath works closely with local hip surgeons and other related specialties and is also developing specific Hip and Lumbar Rehabilitation programs for our clients. Hazel is passionate about delivering excellent physiotherapy. She understands what it takes to restore movement, improve stability and strength. She has a special interest in all things spinal, pelvic and lower limb; from acute disc injuries, postural issues and post-operative spinal and lower limb surgery, knee pain through to pregnancy related pelvic pain. Hazel combines hands on physiotherapy with both equipment based pilates and home based exercises to relieve pain, restore function, improve strength, stability and rehabilitate to help clients achieve above and beyond their goals. After completing her Physiotherapy degree at Otago University in 2006 Hannah worked in private practices in both Christchurch and London.
It was while working in London she developed her love for Pilates having seen first hand the improvement it can make to peoples quality of life.
She has a keen interest in spinal and lower limb injuries and enjoys working with people to help them reach their goals whether that be injury related or just improving there general health. View details »
