Alfred is a graduate of AUT, with a keen interest in providing quality musculoskeletal physiotherapy to both the general public and athletes. Alfred is well practiced in exercise prescription, soft tissue therapy techniques and acupuncture. His interests are wrestling, mixed martial arts and weight training. As a veteran professional wrestler, he has had his fair share of injuries, and incorporates those experiences into his practice. Massage Therapist
Grace is a highly motivated and experienced Massage Therapist. After completing her Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy in the Philippines, she had further formal training in lymphatic drainage massage and myofascial release while working as a Physiotherapist in both a tertiary hospital and community for 4 years. Since moving to NZ, Graces massage practice has focused more on deep tissue, sports and relaxation massage. She has worked in a sports and therapeutic massage clinic, as well as offering corporate massage services in offices, sports and events. Grace also currently works as a Disability Support Coordinator helping people with special needs in a private facility. Having a strong foundation in Physiotherapy field, massage therapy and disability sector through the years, it helps her to showcase her skills by identifying the unique needs of her clients and taking care of their wellbeing.
