Jay received her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Otago in Dunedin, 2010. Jay joined the Physio Direct team in 2015 from Kalgoorlie, Western Australia where she had been working as a private practice physiotherapist, gaining experience in occupational physiotherapy and helping miners get back to work quickly and safely. She has upskilled in several areas including occupational physiotherapy, shoulder rehabilitation, spinal rehabilitation, hand rehabilitation, kinesiotaping, rocktaping and acupuncture. Sarah graduated from Sheffield Hallam University, England in 2006. Since then she has worked pre-dominately in the NHS in England, gaining significant experience in both lower limb and more recent-ly in upper limb specialist centres - working with some of the leading surgeons in the UK. Her special interest lies in sports rehabilitation and manual therapy, with particular focus on complex shoulder, elbow and knee disorders. She has spent time working for Leicester Tigers rugby club and Sheffield United Football Club. Sarah has nearly completed a MSc in Manual Therapy, with specialist MACP accreditation, and is trained in pilates and acupuncture and recently became an international lecturer in shoulder & ankle rehabilitation. Sarah is passionate about travel, having travelled much of Europe and South East Asia, as well as music and sport, and she regularly competes in the local tennis league. View details »

Suellyn Caudwell is a well experienced physiotherapist having owned and run her own practice in Rotorua for many years She has a special enthusiasm for the Mackenzie method of treating both acute and chronic low back, neck and thoracic pain with or without sciatica, arm pain and headaches. She likes to educate her clients so they can recognise and self manage their own symptoms where possible, into the future, to lessen the further occurrence of pain.
