Nathan graduated from the University of Nottingham with a first-class BSc Hons in Physiotherapy. Over a number of years his knowledge and practise of Physiotherapy has been enhanced working around the world in destinations such as, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, UK, and New Zealand. He has trained full time with Stability Plus Pilates to effectively combine Pilates with Physiotherapy, attained his dry needling certificate and has recently been certified by the PINC & STEEL cancer foundation to safely rehabilitate males affected by cancer.
With a background in a variety of sports (Judo, Gymnastics, Rugby and Skydiving) and a strong interest in strength and conditioning – he thrives on being a positive motivator endeavouring to get the best out of every individual.
He has also continued to develop his professionalism by practising current evidenced-based Physiotherapy. This way, he can utilise the best and most up-to-date techniques to tackle a variety of sport, work, and biomechanical related musculoskeletal injuries

With an extensive background in different sports, Avantha graduated in Physiotherapy from the University of Otago in 2012. Keen to work within the sporting industry he opened Physio Hub and has been working alongside athletes and their coaches with treatment, rehabilitation and injury prevention rogrammes.
He is a New Zealand representative weightlifter and has also competed at national level in athletics. Heavily involved in cricket and soccer at club level, he provides ongoing physiotherapy to a number of local clubs and teams.
Aside from his natural interest in sports, Avantha has also developed a large client base with patients seeking treatment for all kinds of everyday life injuries.

Scott graduated from AUT University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy and has recently expanded his qualification with a Graduate Certificate in Acupuncture.
With a keen interest in human biomechanics Scott’s focus is on the treatment and prevention of further injuries. He has worked with a variety of sports teams at both school and elite club level and also has a strong base in treating injuries that aren’t sport related.
