I graduated from the University of Otago in 2021 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and have since worked across a wide range of services, discovering a passion for both acute musculoskeletal conditions and chronic pain management. In 2025, I completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Rehabilitation from AUT and am currently working towards a Diploma in Rehabilitation with a Pain Management focus.
What I enjoy most about being a physio is supporting and empowering people across their recovery journey. Whether this is helping someone recover from a recent injury or navigate the complexities of a long-term condition. I take a holistic and collaborative approach, working alongside you to reach your recovery goals.

I graduated from AUT in 2019 with a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Physiotherapy. Since then, I've also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from AUT. With six years of clinical experience, I’ve developed a strong passion for treating musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, focusing on comprehensive assessment, treatment, and long-term management. In addition to my clinic work, I also provide injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-play support for national and international football teams.
My preferred treatment approaches include manual therapy, evidence-based rehabilitation, and exercise-based rehabilitation to ensure the best outcomes. My main areas of interest are lower limb and spinal injuries. I believe in a patient-centred approach, working closely with you to create a personalised plan that helps you achieve your goals and return to the activities you love. View details »
