As an avid sportsperson and working professional himself, Michael enjoys the process of understanding an individual's high performance goals, be it at work or outside of this time. He primarily utilises soft tissue massage and exercise prescription to instill belief and ultimately ensure his patients’ maintain a quality of life that is meaningful. Hailing from the deep south, Michael understands and continues to explore what community means and its particular importance here in little ol Dunedin. Away from the clinic, Michael can be found on the sports field, out and about walking in preparation for a Dolomities trip in 2026, reading a book or spending time with his family and friends. Michael completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2019 at The University of Otago, before migrating North to the Bay of Plenty to begin his working career as Physiotherapist. Here he received training in The Milicich Method, a proven way to facilitate physical performance, which complemented and continues to complement his work experience in Occupational Health, Pain Management and Private Practice Sports Injury Management.
