Sarah graduated with a BSc (Hons) in physiotherapy from the University of Limerick, Ireland. She started off her career with rugby teams and has expanded her skill set since then as a Mulligan Practitioner, a gentle and effect join mobilisation technique used to decrease pain and improve movement. In 2017, Sarah did further studies in Connect Therapy and the Thoracic Ring approach. This is an extraordinary evidence-based treatment modality to effectively assess and treat the thoracic spine and ribs. Sarah is a certified Pilates instructor and Yoga teacher as well. It is Sarah’s goal to provide her clients with the highest level of care.
