Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, James  was awarded the prestigious Robin McKenzie scholarship to become a certified therapist in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT). This makes James an expert in the McKenzie Method, which is a well researched and effective system for the treatment of back and neck pain. James is also a published author in the distinguished academic Journal of Physiotherapy New Zealand and was invited to present his findings at the 2015 Australian Physiotherapy Conference in the Gold Coast. James currently has a research article under review for publication about the rehabilitation of females with patellofemoral knee pain. Laura graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland with an Honours degree in Physiotherapy. She has many years working in various rehabilitation settings in Scotland, Ireland and Australia. Laura is passionate about Pilates and integrates this into her physiotherapy practice to enhance strength, improve movement patterns and posture while preventing injury reoccurrence. Laura is an expert in both mat and reformer Pilates. She feels Pilates is a form of exercise which will benefit everyone, from those who are new or returning to exercise through to high-level athletes.
