Antony is a keen sports person and will ‘give anything a go’. He plays squash, Crossfit, ju jitsu, and 5 a-side football. He enjoys movies, theatre, live music, comic books, drumming and sudoku.
Since graduating from the Cardiff School of Physiotherapy, University of Wales in 1994 Antony has worked in England, Scotland, Wales, USA, Australia and New Zealand.
He is trained in the “McKenzie Method” of assessing and treating spinal conditions and the “Explain Pain” model for understanding and managing chronic pain conditions.
During his long career Antony has worked with sports people and artistes of all ages from grass-roots to international level. He has a special interest in work rehabilitation and has recently trained in “MovNat”, “Functional Movement Screening” and dry needling. Peter has been studying over the past decade learning about the human body in performance and disease. He is a graduate of the University of Otago schools of Physiotherapy and Physical education, Sport & Exercise sciences. Peter is an avid sportsman competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo, as well as enjoying rock climbing, gymnastics, snowboarding and other combat sports. He relishes the challenge of treating patients with pain and sports injuries and combines his considerable exercise knowledge to help prescribe rehabilitation programs for clients. View details »
