Rebecca graduated from AUT in 2008 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She has since worked in private practice and enjoys treating a wide range of injuries, with a special interest in spinal and back injuries. In 2009 Rebecca was awarded a Post Graduate Scholarship to attend the Mackenzie courses. This has enhanced her competency in the physiotherapy field to diagnose and treat spinal injuries using MDT (Mechanical Diagnosis & Treatment). She has developed a strong passion for treating spinal injuries using this approach. Emma graduated from AUT in 2014 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy, following on from completing a Diploma of Sport and Recreation. She then worked in private practice for 3 years before moving to London for work and travel. Emma spent the last 3 years working within the NHS in musucloskeletal outpatient clinics and most recently with a private community based physiotherapy practice in South West London. She enjoys working particularly with the older adult population to maintain the best function possible for individuals in the later stages of life.
Emma has recently moved back to her hometown to be closer to the beach and family and explore all the natural beauty NZ has to offer. View details »
As well as being our practice owner, Alyssa is a experienced physiotherapist with post graduate training in Pilates and PINC Cancer Rehabilitation. Alyssa has previously worked with the Team NZ Cheerleading team for 4 years, including 2 trips to America for their Worlds competition where they won gold. She also has experience with rugby and football teams. Alyssa's physiotherapy special interests include pilates, cancer rehabilitation, sports injuries, and work related injuries. She has 2 young sons, a dogs, and a horse that all keep her busy in her spare time. View details »
