Jennifer started her occupational therapy career at Middlemore hospital. Here she gained valuable experience in hand therapy and burns and went on to lead the national burns unit for 3 years. Following this she worked in vocational rehab. These valuable skills give her great expertise in her role as a hand therapist. She began her hand therapy journey in 2018 and completed post graduate training in hand therapy and became a registered hand therapist. Jennifer speaks fluent Mandarin and outside of work she is passionate and experienced with strength and conditioning workouts. Her family participate in Brazilian jujitsu as a sport, she has a special interest in treating and managing upper limb sports injuries.

Careen graduated over 10 years ago and began working at Middlemore Hospital in the orthopaedic and acute wards. She saw traumas, and complex spinal injuries as well as a range of chronic health conditions. This experience was invaluable and added to her passion for enabling function and client engagement in their meaningful occupations. This led to the continuation of her education and a growing interest in hand and upper limb rehabilitation. In 2022 Careen completed her postgraduate diploma in rehabilitation.

Anneke is a dedicated Physiotherapist specialising in hand therapy, with a focus on helping individuals recover and regain function in their hands and upper limbs. Since graduating in 2014, she has gained experience in musculoskeletal and vocational rehabilitation, and furthered her expertise with a Postgraduate Certificate in Western Medical Acupuncture.
In 2019, she expanded into hand therapy, combining my background in rehabilitation to create tailored treatment plans that support each person’s unique needs. Her goal is to empower individuals to regain confidence and independence in their daily activities. View details »
