Osteopath

I have always been interested in how our bodies and minds work.I started out with a degree in Neuroscience before exploring Shiatsu, Yoga, Qi Gong, and a wide variety of ideas and practices. My passion for Osteopathy came from my own experiences of healing sports injuries and recovering from accidents with the help of Osteopathic treatment. This led me to a Master's degree in Osteopathy at Swansea University in the UK with a particular focus on how the Autonomic Nervous System controls our body's sense of health, including pain. I use a variety of Osteopathic techniques to treat a wide range of patients and conditions, with methods to suit each individual and their needs.» View details

Osteopath

My background in martial arts, skating, snowboarding and surfing lead me to a keen interest in health and wellbeing which resulted in my passion for the practice of Osteopathy. Since graduating with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England, I have had the opportunity to work in London, Singapore, Paris and now Hamilton! By integrating structural, cranial and visceral osteopathy techniques I aim to find what best suits my patients to bring them back to a healthier life and have a treatment plan that suits them. The treatments include a variety of techniques ranging from really gentle to more direct manipulations. Lifestyle and day to day advise such as specific exercises or postural changes are always part of my treatments. This approach allows my patients to get better faster, be more confident in their pain management and help prevent future injury. Sessions are possible in English and in French. » View details

Osteopath

I was born and raised in Hamilton. After completing a Master’s degree in Osteopathy at Unitec and practising for several years in Auckland, I decided it was time to move home to the Waikato. I combine effective communication, research, and a broad range of osteopathic techniques to achieve optimum patient outcomes, with a focus on common musculoskeletal complaints, chronic conditions, and complex health issues. In line with my Masters focus on interprofessional practice, I believe in advocating for my patients and collaborating with other health professionals to ensure the best individualised care possible. This can necessitate longer term management of complex and chronic health conditions, something I enjoy giving energy to as I build a trustful patient/therapist relationship. Outside of work I enjoy golfing, and exploring the beautiful Waikato environment » View details

Osteopath

My journey to becoming an osteopath began in 2018 while studying under the guidance of world-renowned osteopath John Gibbons at Oxford University. Learning from John had a profound impact, igniting my passion to pursue a Master’s in Osteopathy (M. Ost) at Swansea University in the United Kingdom, where I graduated with first-class honours. Upon completing my studies, I made the move to New Zealand to practice as an osteopath in Christchurch and Napier before settling in Hamilton. I am committed to providing a patient-centred approach to care that encompasses osteopathic therapy, patient education, and progressive exercise rehabilitation to help patients maximize their potential for health. In my spare time I enjoy training at my local gym, hiking, and practicing martial arts. I also love exploring the outdoors, connecting with nature, and staying active through various physical activities to maintain both my mental and physical well-being. » View details
