Bridgett graduated from Sydney University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy). She has come to Wanaka for her second kiwi ski season. Bridgett has done specific post graduate training in Strength and Conditioning including the plyometric continuum, energy system development, periodisation, program design, rehabilitation integration, olympic lifting, maximal velocity and acceleration.
