I am a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with many years of experience since my graduation in 2005. I have been a part of the APC team since 2012. I have been fortunate to work with New Zealand Indoor cricket through many tours and have gained a great deal of knowledge from these experiences. I have also represented New Zealand for Indoor Cricket with my last tour being in 2019 I have keen interest in helping people to gain the best outcomes. To help me with this endeavour have gained certification as an NKT practitioner. This is an assessment tool that helps me to assess the systems that determine why we move how we do. In my spare time I enjoy active pursuits such as going to the gym or participating in sports. I also spend many hours trying to keep up with my young daughter.
