Amelia graduated from the University of Otago with a bachelor of physiotherapy. Since graduating Amelia has worked in musculoskeletal physiotherapy working for private practices alongside sports teams. Amelia is from Arrowtown and has just moved back after spending the last 5 years in London treating musculoskeletal injuries there and teaching physio-led pilates classes. Amelia enjoys enabling people to move and stay active. She uses a mixture of education, manual therapy, functional assessments and strength and conditioning alongside promoting self management.
