Aoife is a physiotherapy graduate from University College Dublin. She first developed an interest in private practice physiotherapy playing multiple sports growing up. Her interactions with the physiotherapists that assisted her along the way is what inspired her to pursue it as a career.
Aoife first came to Queenstown in 2017 and has been working in private practice since. She has worked with a variety of sports teams including rugby and soccer. Aoife works hard to show her people what they are capable of, striving for the best possible outcomes and returning people to their vocations and hobbies. During her treatment sessions she focuses strength and conditioning, education, and manual therapy.
Aoife was drawn to Queenstown because of the rich outdoor lifestyle. Outside of work, Aoife can be found riding her bike, running, playing Gaelic football, and training for mixed martial arts.
