Lindsay joined the Bay Physio team in 2022 all the way from sunny South Africa. Lindsay previously worked in a musculoskeletal practice where she treated people ranging from the elite athlete to the busy professional. She has worked closely with specialist surgeons, physicians and other practitioners during her time as a physiotherapist.
Lindsay strives to provide comprehensive care to her patients, and is dedicated to helping them through the demanding rehabilitation process. Her areas of interest include cervical spine, lumbar spine and sacro-iliac joint rehabilitation, but is always up for any challenge and takes every opportunity to improve her skills. She is currently studying for her NZMPA Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (COMT) and Certificate in Sport Physiotherapy at AUT.

Sadhana has worked in both urban and rural hospitals in New Zealand, gaining experience in musculoskeletal outpatient clinics and geriatric rehabilitation.
