Anna an Intermediate Level Physiotherapist and has completed further comprehensive training in pelvic health. Anna completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2020 and completed her dry needling certificate in 2021.
Anna’s main areas of expertise include exercise prescription, strength and conditioning, manual therapy, women’s health, (including pre and post-partum) and dry needling.

Stephanie is another one of our Senior Physiotherapists and is also a qualified Pilates Instructor. Stephanie graduated from the University of Otago in 2011 with Distinction in a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. The lure of the beautiful Bay of Plenty weather and easy going lifestyle saw Steph return to her hometown in 2014, where she has gained a depth of experience working in private practice.
Steph’s repertoire of post-graduate qualifications include APPI Pilates matwork level 1, Polestar Reformer Pilates level 1 & 2, a Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, Dry needling and her Bradcliff Level 1 breathing course. Steph enjoys combining both manual therapy and an exercise-based approach to restore function and help her patients keep doing the things they love. Our Senior Physiotherapist Logan completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Otago University in 2012. Logan has gained wide and varied experience as a physiotherapist, having worked in the community, hospital and private practice settings. Logan is fascinated by the brain and nervous systems and the integral role that they play in human movement and performance.
