Aimee graduated with a Physiotherapy degree from Wintec in 2022. Since graduating she has completed her dry needling course, FIFA diploma and side line medic work with CFC football. Helena graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2022. She began her career at Waikato Hospital, spending time in several departments there as part of their rotational programme. She has recently joined the team to broaden her knowledge in the diagnosis and management of common and not so common injuries.

Hamish studied Physiotherapy at the University of Otago, then worked in the UK for many years , where he completed his Masters in Advanced Physiotherapy. Hamish has now settled back in the Waikato. A former semi-professional rugby player, Hamish has experience in dealing with sports injuries, both as a player and a physiotherapist, and has a keen interest in the management of knee injuries, lower back pain and tendon pain. Hamish has completed his acupuncture training and is a APPI qualified Pilates instructor.
