Chris is a Wellingtonian with a background in sports and exercise science. Initially interested in exercise physiology and biomechanics, he expanded into injury rehabilitation and prevention as a Physiotherapist.

Senior Physiotherapist. Rob has a history of excellence in physiotherapy since 1986. He owned and ran Cashman Physiotherapy on the Terrace in Wellington for 31 years and has completed further study in Manipulative Physiotherapy, Acupuncture and the McKenzie Method. He has a special interest in spinal problems and sports injuries.
