Freya graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. Her enthusiasm for physiotherapy stems from her passion for helping others work towards their goals and maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Freya is an avid foodie and will find any excuse to bake, and balances this with going to the gym and playing the odd game of ultimate frisbee! Having previously completed a degree in Zoology, she also loves to immerse herself in Aotearoa’s native wildlife, bush walks and beaches in her spare time. Mitra Graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She enjoys her time hiking and playing various social sports, her main focus being snowboarding.Prior to her degree she spent some time overseas gaining her snowboarding instructors certificate. Throughout this experience she was exposed to numerous sporting injuries in which she gained an interest in helping people recover and get back to doing what they love most. Chelsea graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. Chelsea enjoys playing a wide variety of sports, her main being netball. Chelsea has previously worked with North Harbour Rugby as well as the East Coast Bays Women’s Rugby Team. Chelsea is also trained in dry needling, and brings an hollistic approach to healthcare, keen to help clients achieve their goals whether at a recreational or an elite level.
