Having experienced multiple injuries ranging from the gym, sport to everyday activities, Simon strives to empower people to achieve optimal health and function through sound physiotherapy rehabilitation. With a personal passion in powerlifting and basketball, Simon has developed an interest in exercise based rehabilitation as well as shoulder injuries. During his undergraduate studies, he has worked closely with the U21 East Coast Bays Rugby team.
