Aimee graduated from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2021 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. Her commitment to evidence-based practice was recognised with a publication grant for her research on progressive hamstring loading. Since then, she has expanded her clinical expertise through further training in dry needling and concussion management. With a strong sporting background in running, touch rugby, and netball, including representing New Zealand in indoor netball. Aimee brings a deep understanding of athletic performance and rehabilitation.
