He holds a First-Class Honours degree in Sport and Exercise Medical Sciences and a Master’s in Physiotherapy (Merit). Charlie works with a wide range of clients, from active individuals and athletes to those recovering from surgery or injury. He combines exercise-based rehabilitation, manual therapy, dry needling, and clear education to create personalised treatment plans that support long-term results. Ruby graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy from AUT. Ruby has an interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions ranging from children to geriatric, with a particular interest in improving clients functionality and independence. Ruby became interested in physiotherapy through her background in contemporary and jazz dance teaching. She has an eye for detail, focusses on personalised and holistic healthcare, and is passionate about empowering people to achieve their goals.
