James enjoys helping people stay connected to the activities they care about whether that’s pounding the pavement, surfing, or walking the doggo after work without pain. His style is participation-led, practical, and people-focused. He has a special interest in acupuncture & dry needling, return to sport testing, and strength and conditioning. In his spare time, you'll find him heading up the coast in the camper or at various crags and climbing gyms as a go-to provider for climbing rehab in Auckland. View details »
I developed an interest in physiotherapy from a young age through my involvement in multiple sports. This sparked a passion for helping people return to their best selves following injury. I take a holistic approach to care, recognising that recovery involves more than just treating the injury itself. I focus on understanding each person as a whole to support meaningful and lasting outcomes.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, playing touch rugby and netball, and spending quality time with friends and family. View details »
