Mitch graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy after completing a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Otago.
During his studies, Mitch gained experience working with various sports teams and athletes, which sparked his passion for exercise-based rehabilitation. Since graduating, he has worked in private practice and with multiple teams, including the Manawatu U19s Rugby, Samoan Cricket, and Pakuranga Premier Rugby team. These experiences have helped shape his interest in return-to-sport rehab, injury prevention, and performance-focused care.
Mitch enjoys building strong relationships with his clients and helping them work towards their personal goals—whether that’s getting back on the field or simply living without pain. Outside of work, he’s either watching sport, playing it, or most recently, attempting to master the frustrating game of golf (feel free to ask how that’s going). View details »
