Harriet graduated from the University of Otago in 2011. She has recently returned to Christchurch after working in London for 2 years. Harriet has 10 years experience working with sports teams including Division 1 rugby teams and various age group Canterbury rugby teams. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, Mike worked with athletes at Harvard University, Lincoln University, NZ Cricket, Netball Mainland, and High Performance Sport NZ, as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Mike’s clinical interests include athletic rehab and athlete performance management. Mike’s experience working with youth athletes has contributed to his passion for managing the growing athlete for long term development.

Rochelle has almost 20 years of physiotherapy experience. . Rochelle has previously worked in private practices in the UK and New Zealand treating a diversity of musculoskeletal injuries. She has worked at school based clinics, treating youth with a range of sporting injuries. She has trained in Polestar Pilates and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine.
Rochelle's physiotherapy interests include:

-Pelvic Floor and core weakness
-Maternity related aches and pains
