James has over 8 years experience working with clients with a degree in Sports Science and a Master’s Degree in Strength and Conditioning. He then decided to expand his knowledge and in 2018 he graduated from Ulster University in Ireland with a physiotherapy degree.
He has experience working in hospital and privately based departments in Northern Ireland and New Zealand. James has also worked with elite sports teams in a mixture of strength and conditioning roles and physiotherapy roles including Gaelic Football, hurling, soccer, rugby and hockey.
James’ main interests are in sports injuries and performance enhancement (from acute injuries right through to return to play), post-operative treatment and spinal rehabilitation.

Jennifer graduated in 2014 and since then has gained experience working in the UK, Ireland and New Zealand. In 2016 she finished her Masters in Sport and Exercise Medicine and has worked with a variety of individual athletes and sports teams in both Ireland and New Zealand, including Heartland rugby.
