Natacha completed her Master’s Degree in physiotherapy – specializing in sports therapy, from Université Laval, Canada in 2020. Throughout University, she was actively involved in athletics, working with a D1 Football team and contributing to various multisport events.
Since graduating, she has been practicing in private clinics while also serving as a physiotherapist for a semi-pro women’s soccer team and a collegiate women’s D1 rugby team.
Beyond working with athletes, she is passionate about helping individuals of all ages regain strength, balance and confidence in their movement—whether it’s seniors aiming to maintain independence or individuals recovering from injury. Her goal is to support people in returning to an active and functional lifestyle.
Outside of physiotherapy, she has a deep love for sports and the outdoors. Regularly practicing yoga, snowboarding and Muay Thai, she is now eager to spend more time mountain biking, climbing and surfing in New Zealand. View details »
