Lucien’s approach to Osteopathy has been shaped by his long-standing relationship with movement, first developed through his practice and teaching of yoga. Years of exploring movement sparked a deeper curiosity about the human body, ultimately leading him to pursue osteopathy as a way to better understand and support health and wellbeing.
He uses a broad range of osteopathic techniques, from gentle approaches to more direct treatment when appropriate, always tailoring care to the individual. Lucien often integrates mindfulness and breathing into sessions to support states of rest, awareness, and nervous system regulation. He also views movement as an essential component of health and incorporates elements of yoga and resistance training to help patients build confidence and resilience in their bodies.
Having experienced long-term injury himself, Lucien understands how persistent pain can impact all aspects of life. This perspective informs his work with both acute injuries and longer-standing, complex presentations, with a focus on empowering people and supporting them to find greater ease and freedom in their movement.
Outside of the clinic, Lucien enjoys spending time with friends and continues his own rehabilitation journey, working towards returning to surfing, running, and walking in nature View details »
