Mr Zad Alemi
Physiotherapist
Zad is a New Zealand registered physiotherapist with a background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He completed his physiotherapy training in New Zealand and also holds qualifications in sport science and physical education, including a Master of Physiotherapy and a PhD in Sport Science. Zad works with a range of musculoskeletal conditions, including joint, tendon, and spinal presentations, as well as movement related issues. His treatment approach is based on current evidence and may include exercise prescription, load management, manual therapy, and patient education. He has also supported patients with concussion as part of his broader physiotherapy practice. Jamee graduated in 2005 and developed her career in NZ and London. She has a special interest in clinical pilates and trained in DMA & APPI. Jamee combines her physio, rehab and pilates knowledge to treat underlying issues that help people get better faster.
