Jess is a UK-trained physiotherapist who graduated from Cardiff University (BSc Hons) in 2022. Before moving to New Zealand, she developed a strong and varied clinical foundation working in the NHS in Wales, with experience across musculoskeletal outpatients, hand therapy, paediatrics, stroke rehabilitation, trauma and orthopaedics, general medicine, and intensive care. She is also trained in sports trauma management and provided regular pitchside care for club rugby in Wales, which she has continued through her support of local teams in Christchurch.
Originally from a UK farming family, Jess has a lifelong love for the outdoors. She grew up horse riding and competing in eventing, and now makes the most of exploring the mountains through running and hiking on weekends. She is passionate about building strong, meaningful relationships with her clients, enabling them to return to doing what they love most. Jess believes in a holistic approach to physiotherapy, supporting people to improve their activity levels, overall wellbeing, and quality of life.View details »
