Itabera (aka. Ity) is an experienced musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who has worked with various sports teams over the years. Her particular sports interest is in Netball. Ity has worked and helped many teams and sports programs. In particular, she was the Lead Physiotherapist for the Northern Mystics over 3 seasons. Itabera's other passion within Physiotherapy is the community space. She has worked in various settings, and one of her major strengths is her ability to connect and help people from all walks of life.

Sharon has gained extensive professional experience since 2007 through her work as physiotherapist with international and national sporting sides. These include Northern Stars and Northern Mystics Netball, Basketball New Zealand, Samoa Rugby and Auckland Rugby 7s. She was also appointed the NZ Breakers Physiotherapist in 2019.
Her interests are in injury prevention, biomechanics, acupuncture, occupational health, breathing performance & rehabilitation.
Sharon also speaks Cantonese as a second language.
