Sam graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science (Physiotherapy). Since then, he has gained valuable experience working with a diverse range of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. He has also collaborated with various sports teams including the Te Atatu Roosters Rugby League squad. Sam enjoys playing cricket for the Suburbs New Lynn Cricket premier squad and is part of the Auckland Cricket Development squad.

Lucia is a qualified physiotherapist and has experience with sports teams at local, provincial, and national levels. She has a strong interest in women’s rugby and is currently with Counties Manukau High Performance unit.
Lucia enjoys post-operative rehab and is passionate about exercise-based physiotherapy. She is working toward her post-graduate diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy where she has furthered her knowledge in chronic pain management and movement biomechanics. Lucia offers dry needling treatment and gym-based exercise programs. She has two years’ experience working with Parkinson’s Disease participants in weekly boxing and balance classes and has also worked in elderly rest home care.
