Professional Experience:
Luke graduated from AUT in 2023, having completed clinical placements in the Musculoskeletal clinic, Respiratory wards, and community team at Te Whatu Ora here in Tamaki Makaurau, Auckland.
Luke has a background in commercial personal training, experienced in 1:1 coaching as well as running group fitness, boxing and spin classes. In his spare time, you'll find him at the gym, exploring the city or working on a research project.

Steph graduated from AUT Akoranga in 2004 with a BHSc Physiotherapy. She has managed the Waitakere Stadium PRG clinic since 2007. During this
time she gained extensive experience with the Auckland Lions Bartercard league team, Mount Albert Lions Rugby League team, Metro Lions American

Professional Experience:
Mhairi graduated from Robert Gordon’s University in Aberdeen, Scotland in 2019. She then began working for her local NHS health board as an inpatient Physiotherapist, rotating around departments and gaining clinical experience in areas such as orthopaedics, neuro, surgical intensive care and musculoskeletal outpatients, progressing to a senior role in the major trauma team. Alongside this, she took a private outpatient clinic at a local physio practise where she saw and treated musculoskeletal injuries and worked for a local rugby team as their Physiotherapist.
She then decided she wanted to take the leap to move abroad to gain professional and life experience, which is what brought her to New Zealand and Habit Health.
