Began her work in a regional hospital in Ireland completing physio rotations in inpatient rehab, neurology, respiratory, cardiac rehab and outpatient musculoskeletal rehab.
Came to New Zealand in 2022 and has since been working as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist.

Professional Experience:
Steph graduated from AUT Akoranga in 2004 with a BHSc in Physiotherapy. She has managed, then co owned the Waitakere Stadium Habit Health Clinic from 2007-2024. In 2023 she made the move to be closer to home starting the Habit Health Mount Wellington Clinic & then in 2024 leaving West Auckland and becoming the Lead Physio at the new Habit Health Sylvia Park.
During this time she gained extensive experience with the Auckland Lions Bartercard Cup team, Mount Albert Lions Rugby League, Metro Lions American Football and the Northern Mystics Netball Franchise.
Steph enjoys netball, walking & regular gym workouts to get fitter and stronger to keep up with her kids Jack & Lucy,
