I'm working as a physiotherapist from the end of 2020 in various clinical settings, I gained experience with a range of individuals with different MSK conditions, athletes with sport injuries as well as older adults to those living with neurological conditions.
I'm passionate about providing exercised based methods and manual therapy to patients for improving their quality of life.

Given her vast experience in the sporting arena, Ala is very interested to work in the sports team environment. She has gained valuable experience through her involvement with numerous sports teams including Ponsonby Rugby Club, Manukau Rovers and Marist Old Boys. Ala also has a soft spot for the elderly and is looking forward to working with them. She is bilingual, speaking English and Samoan.
