Sam graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2021 with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science (Physiotherapy). Since then, he has gained valuable experience working with a diverse range of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. He has also collaborated with various sports teams including the Te Atatu Roosters Rugby League squad. Sam enjoys playing cricket for the Suburbs New Lynn Cricket premier squad and is part of the Auckland Cricket Development squad.

Michaela graduated from AUT Akoranga with Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) in 2021 and has since completed a Dry Needling course.
She has experience in acute and community settings, working with the elderly and in musculoskeletal private practice. Prior to graduating, Michaela worked as a Pilates instructor, in both 1:1 and in class settings. View details »
Adam is a senior physiotherapist at Habit Health. He has worked across all areas of Habit Health but is most experienced in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and completed his post graduate diploma in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in 2025.
Playing football since he was young Adam has a keen interest in sports and sports rehabilitation. This has led his to work with various sports teams including Waitakere Rugby. He currently works with local football club West Auckland AFC both on and off the field.
Adam had an ACL injury in late 2024 and underwent an ACL reconstruction in 2025. He has a deeper understanding of ACL injuries and the rehabilitation process because of this and hopes he can share this with his patients to help them make a successful return to their pre-injury sports and activities.
