Nico was born and raised in West Auckland, and has grown up involved in a wide range of sports such as Rugby, AFL, Surf lifesaving and most recently Cross-fit. He has over 3 years experience as a physiotherapist with a passion for sports physiotherapy and exercise-based rehabilitation. Roland graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. He has over 6 years of experience as a physiotherapist covering various conditions ranging from neurological to musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He gained 3 years of clinical experience at the third largest hospital in the world. He has essential physiotherapy skills in both public service and private practice. He aims to improve the quality of life of his clients by building a good working relationship with them as well as approaching their rehabilitation holistically.

Prior to moving to New Zealand Clare worked for 3 years in both public and private healthcare settings in the UK, developing a keen interest in MSK physiotherapy.
Clare is passionate about incorporating a range of different hands-on and exercise based methods that best suit her patient’s needs.
