Miyoung is originally from South Korea and has over 15 years experience as a physiotherapist in South Korea and NZ. Miyoung is passionate about treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, especially spinal injuries and various joint conditions.

Kirsty qualified as a Physiotherapist in the UK in 2015. After graduating, she worked in a variety of roles within the UK’s National Health Service, including MSK, paediatrics, neurology, community rehabilitation and cardio-respiratory, prior to moving to New Zealand in 2019. Pauline is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 20 years clinical experience in New Zealand. She has done many courses over the years on the spine (back and neck), shoulders, hips, knees and ankles, and on the treatment of breathing pattern disorders. Pauline has always liked to look at the body as a whole and is passionate about good posture and movement patterns to reduce stress on joints and muscles. Pauline has recently qualified as a Connect Therapy Physiotherapist; this approach looks at the whole body to identify underlying biomechanical issues.
