Heather graduated from the University of the West of England in 2012. Since the she has developed experience working across a wide range of areas including; Stroke Rehabilitation, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Hand therapy and Musculoskeletal rehabilitation within the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Heather first came to New Zealand four years ago, where she provided emergency care on ski fields, however she soon realised her true passion was in private practice. Her main areas of interest are post-surgical rehabilitation and upper limb injuries. Kate has eight years experience working in the private sector both within New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She has extensive experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal disorders and pre/post-operative conditions. This has enabled her to develop a particular interest in the management of neck pain including complex nerve root compressions, shoulder instability/cuff tears and general sports injury management. Kate has a passion for finding a patient’s true source of pain and works to remedy this through a combination of patient education, advanced manual handling techniques and gym-based rehabilitation.
