Vandhana graduated as a Physiotherapist from Auckland University of Technology in 2017. She worked in a musculoskeletal clinic in South Auckland before joining the Habit Vero team in August 2019.
Vandhana is currently enrolled in the Master of Sports Physiotherapy programme at Otago University.
She has completed Pilates levels 1 and 2 training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. She has experience with instructing group-based and one-to-one Pilates.
Vandhana has worked with netball teams at national levels within the North Island. She also has experience with performance massage for Australian Rugby League teams, including the Kangaroos, Broncos and Panthers.
Vandhana is passionate about upper and lower limb musculoskeletal injuries, whether post-operative or not! She also has an interest in management of low back pain.

Chris graduated in 2007 with a First class degree in Physiotherapy from the University of the West of England in the UK.
Chris has worked in the UK for the NHS for 11 years and in the private sector for 9 years gaining knowledge of a large range of conditions throughout the body. In recent years he has developed a specialist interest in the treatment of knee conditions.
Chris has undertaken various post-graduate courses in soft tissue release, taping and lower limb biomechanics. In February 2018 he completed his Master’s degree in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy which has developed his assessment and treatment skills of patients with a range of complex complaints.
He is enthusiastic about sport personally and has a keen interest in sporting injuries also. View details »
