Vandhana graduated as a Physiotherapist from Auckland University of Technology in 2017. She worked in a musculoskeletal clinic in South Auckland before joining the Habit Vero team in August 2019.
Vandhana is currently enrolled in the Master of Sports Physiotherapy programme at Otago University.
She has completed Pilates levels 1 and 2 training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. She has experience with instructing group-based and one-to-one Pilates.
Vandhana has worked with netball teams at national levels within the North Island. She also has experience with performance massage for Australian Rugby League teams, including the Kangaroos, Broncos and Panthers.
Vandhana is passionate about upper and lower limb musculoskeletal injuries, whether post-operative or not! She also has an interest in management of low back pain.

Originally from Ireland, Clare graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2015.
Prior to moving to New Zealand Clare worked for 3 years in both public and private healthcare settings in the UK, developing a keen interest in MSK physiotherapy.
Clare is passionate about incorporating a range of different hands-on and exercise based methods that best suit her patient’s needs.
Specialty areas include exercise-based rehabilitation, Acupuncture and Pilates.
