Briar is a physiotherapist with a passion for movement, wellbeing, and helping people get the most out of life. She has a strong focus on musculoskeletal health and enjoys working with a wide range of clients, from everyday movers to elite athletes. Alongside physiotherapy, she draws on her background in yoga and Pilates to support strength, flexibility, and holistic wellbeing. Briar is also the travelling physiotherapist for the Samoa Women’s National Football Team, supporting them through international tournaments including the Oceania World Cup Qualifiers, the Dallas Cup, and the FIFA Women’s World Cup. Her approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to each individual, whether the goal is returning to sport, recovering from injury, or simply feeling stronger and more balanced. Outside of work, she’s a keen runner, yogi, and lover of the outdoors. Josh is a physio who loves getting people back to doing what they enjoy most. Whether that’s returning to work, getting back on the court or field, or recovering after surgery. He specialises in knee and ankle rehab, post-operative care, and vocational rehabilitation, creating tailored plans that keep recovery practical, motivating, and effective. With experience on the sidelines for Sydenham Rugby, the Canterbury Rams, and Basketball New Zealand’s U15/16 Boys team, Josh knows what it takes to get athletes performing at their best. From everyday injuries to high-level sports rehab, he brings the same energy, expertise, and encouragement to every client he works with.
