Mr Jack McDonald-Hill

Physiotherapist

Jack graduated from the University of Otago in 2023 and found his love for physiotherapy working in various clinic and with the Tasman Mako NPC rugby team. Jack enjoys the strength and conditioning side of physio and working with people who have longer term injuries and pain. He has completed a number of courses, with the most recent on the long-term management of ACL injuries and return to high level sports by the highly acclaimed Australian physiotherapist and lecturer, Tim McGrath. Over the last 2 years, he has provided sports physiotherapy across a wide range of sporting events including club rugby, mainland basketball, NZ cricket, ultimate frisbee and downhill mountain biking. He is the current physio for Nelson College’s First XV rugby team. Jack’s passion for exercise and the love of a good yarn helps him best understand what exactly you want to get out of physio, and the most effective way of getting you there. View details »
