Josh is a physio who loves getting people back to doing what they enjoy most. Whether that’s returning to work, getting back on the court or field, or recovering after surgery. He specialises in knee and ankle rehab, post-operative care, and vocational rehabilitation, creating tailored plans that keep recovery practical, motivating, and effective.
With experience on the sidelines for Sydenham Rugby, the Canterbury Rams, and Basketball New Zealand’s U15/16 Boys team, Josh knows what it takes to get athletes performing at their best. From everyday injuries to high-level sports rehab, he brings the same energy, expertise, and encouragement to every client he works with.
