Naomi joined The Hand Clinic in May 2022, bringing over 15 years of hand therapy experience along with her. Naomi initailly trained as a physiotherapist in the UK before developing a special interest in hands and held a senior role at the Chelsea and Westminster hospital. Naomi has worked in all areas of hand therapy but has a strong interest in plastics, particularly soft tissue and tendon injuries. On her days off Naomi is kept busy on her family’s local lifestyle block and especially enjoys getting out on her horse. View details »

Welcome to The Hand Clinic. I'm Georgia Barnes - Director and co founder. I am an experienced physiotherapist, graduating from AUT in 2000. I commenced my post graduate study in 2014 choosing hand therapy as my speciality and have a deep experience in both public and private health sectors. My goal for our clinics is to ensure that rehabilitation is persoanlised and tailored to each individuals needs and is of the highest quality in a postiive setting so our clients can return to the lifestyle they enjoy as quickly as possible. At The Hand Clinic we have a team of like-minded, professional therapists who work over three locations - Warkworth, Wellsford and Matakana.
